Thoughtfully Fueled one-on-one coaching provides an individualized approach towards food freedom. We will work together for a minimum of 3 months to create a positive relationship with food and rediscover the joy in movement. You will receive personalized support and guidance as we navigate your progress, overcome challenges, and discover what works best for you. One-on-one coaching offers biweekly 30 minute sessions, a weekly accountability form, and unlimited support between sessions via email or Practice Better chat.

During this one-of-a-kind 12-week group coaching program, we will work together to create a positive and long-lasting relationship with food, movement, and your body. You will receive personalized guidance while also connecting with other women in a supportive group setting. The Thoughtfully Fueled Foundations Program offers biweekly 45-minute group calls along with a weekly accountability form, video lessons, and worksheets to give you confidence and clarity as you navigate your intuitive fueling journey.

It depends. Everyones’ journey towards intuitive fueling is different and depends on their individual life experiences. This will be discussed in detail so we are both on the same page.

During this process some bodies lose weight, some bodies gain weight, and some bodies stay the same. As you go through the intuitive fueling journey and heal your relationship with food and movement, your weight will naturally land in the place it is meant to be.
I understand the desire to lose weight because we live in a world obsessed with diet culture. If weight loss is still something you are seeking I encourage you to consider placing your weight loss goal on the back burner as we work together. However, this does not mean the topic of weight loss is off the table — we will actually be exploring your thoughts, beliefs, and desires around this topic in great detail.
Please note that you will not be weighed, unless medically necessary with consent, and we will not be using weight as a primary indicator of success or progress.
