I worked in the fitness industry for years, and after seeing firsthand how diet-culture gets disguised as “healthy eating”, I finally had enough. This is when I decided it was time to take a more thoughtful approach and focus on fueling the body for enjoyable movement. 

I’m Lisa, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer who believes there is more to life than counting macros and spending hours in the gym.
