During my prep for this week’s solo episode (aka a couple of Google searches), I discovered that hobbies can be a great way to reduce stress and provide a sense of happiness and accomplishment. Sounds like something we all want, right? But honestly, I think hobbies can be extremely hard to find and even a little intimidating. As someone who now has a bit more free time on her hands, I talk about exploring new hobbies and how my mindset around old hobbies has shifted during my intuitive eating journey.
