If you’re anything like me, you’ve heard a lot of diet talk in the past few weeks and are in need of a reminder. A reminder that you don’t need to change the size of your body just because it’s summer. So, in this week’s solo episode, I tell you why I train to be strong, and not skinny. To fully understand this process I start by taking a look back at my disordered eating and overexercising days. I talk about my mindset during this time and what finally helped me focus on what my body can do (not what it looks like).
